Yes. You collect a deposit online when the appointment is confirmed, securing long services and reducing no-shows.
Does it work if I work alone from home?

Yes. Each service has its own duration, price and, if you want, its assigned professional.

Does it work if my country says turnos, citas or reservar hora?
Yes. Citauno works the same whether it is called a turno, a cita, an hora or a reserva: you set your services, durations and availability, and customers book online from any country. The platform ships in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Can I charge a deposit, retainer or booking fee?
Same thing, different name in each country. You set the percentage or fixed amount charged at booking to confirm the appointment. In Paraguay it is charged by card through Bancard or tpago; everywhere else it is recorded against the booking so you can settle it directly.
