How do I book on Citauno?
Search a business or service, open its profile, pick location, services, professional and time. Confirm with your account or Google session and you're set.
Can I book without creating an account?
At most businesses, yes: you fill in your name and WhatsApp number and the booking is made, no password. Each business decides whether it accepts bookings without an account. If you later create one with the same number, the history you already had is there.
How much does it cost to use Citauno?
For clients it's free. You only pay what the business charges.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from your account you can cancel as long as the cancellation window each business defines hasn't passed.
How do I receive reminders?
You get a reminder before the appointment — over WhatsApp if you left your number, and by email. Each business chooses how far ahead it goes out; the default is 3 hours before. It is one reminder per booking, not a stream of alerts.
How do I know if a business is trustworthy?
The profile shows the address on the map, the real opening hours, photos of the place and the service menu with prices and durations. The availability you see is the business's actual diary, so if you can pick a slot it is because it is free.
Does my booking show in Google Calendar?
Yes, you can download the .ics file from your booking and add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
