Can I charge a deposit for events?
Yes. You charge a deposit at booking to secure bridal or event dates, where a no-show is costly.

Yes. You create separate services —trial, social, bridal— with their duration and price, and your clients book online.
Does it work if I work alone?
Yes. You get an online calendar, reminders and payments. It's the same price per professional, so you pay for just one.
How much does it cost to start?

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

What happens to my data if I leave?

Does it work if my country says turnos, citas or reservar hora?
Yes. Citauno works the same whether it is called a turno, a cita, an hora or a reserva: you set your services, durations and availability, and customers book online from any country. The platform ships in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Can I charge a deposit, retainer or booking fee?
Same thing, different name in each country. You set the percentage or fixed amount charged at booking to confirm the appointment. In Paraguay it is charged by card through Bancard or tpago; everywhere else it is recorded against the booking so you can settle it directly.
